I learned the hard way and still don't know how he got it, but I bought a $200 full skin dry fly quality Barred Ginger and just let if alone for a few minutes and had it on top of a table, but still some how one my my dogs got it. He had shown very high interest in it when it came in, but I though out of his reach, not! I came back and caught him, but at least he really only messed up one wing so saved most of the good stuff, but still I was very mad at him and never left him any where near a fresh hide when they came in after that. He was in love with that smell. SO I feel for Radtexan for sure and know first hand how that feels and my dog didn't just get in some marabou which is cheap compared to a full skin from Conranch Hackle!

bad doggie, bad doggie.
Whew dog would have a butt kicking lol i bet he was pissed
And I thought my cats were bad for wanting to play swat the hanging bobbin. :)
Mine has spent the past week sniffing my kip tails, and been told no enough that all I have to do is look at her and she bolts.
Funny My two are more interested in the the animal crackers that I keep in the shop for them than in my material. Rad My heart goes out to you as we have had the Great Oven Mitt incident of 2011. Still find a little piece of white cotton fuzz once in a while.
Don't know why they take to doing some of the things they do but Spring and Fall seems to be the time that all mischief takes place. Love my dogs dearly but the will try my very soul at times.
