It was a busy afternoon at the office as the last of the main rain and the weather cooled off this afternoon, Lake Conway was like shooting crappie in a barrel. Not another soul on the water I had a limit of decent fish in just a few hours and just kept catching and releasing for the fun of it. They were just pounding it today. No monsters but all quality fish 11 inches or better. LOL I love post fronts and deer season.
Nice post with pictures. Sounds like the crappie were jumping on the hooks too. Congrats on the quick limit.Thumbs Up We havent had a post front in quite a while and it seems the water is gonna be too tough to get out on it due to the winds the next day or so. I reckon I'll get out tomorrow and see where the deer are walking now that the rain has passed.
