what to use to take off waterline

i'm looking for something that is nonabrasive, that will not hurt my clear coat, what is the best spray on cleaner?

Seasense hull cleaner-wipe it on, then spray it off with your hose. You can find it at Wally World and one bottle has lasted me for almost 3 seasons.
