Cow Bayou near Marianna Ark.

Can anyone give me any information on what the locals call cow bayou?:confused: It's just across the St. Francis river on your right as you are headed into Marianna. It looks good from the highway, I was just wondering if anyone fishes it, and if so, where is the best place to launch and fish. Thanks in advance for any info.Hands Clapping

the locals call it cow bayou. it used to be a hot spot, until farmers built a levee across it. i haven't fished it in many years, so i can't say how it is now. i would probably check out the square hole. its just up the highway from cow bayou. you turn on the levee towards w.g. huxtable pumping station. you will drive down the levee a few miles before you get to the pumping station. go across it and square hole is about 2 miles past on the right.
