Got another good one in last night. Ran, did jumpers, crossovers and several other things for cardio for bout an hour n a half last night. Then using 25 pounds on a curls, I did 2 sets of 25. On to the leg press. 300 pounds, did 2 sets of 25 there to get those sexy muscled up calves back. Next was the Ab roller wheel where you get on your knees and take the wheel with handles and extend out til your body is flush with the ground, then back up to a kneeling position. Did 30 of those. Got that done and did 40 crunches and 30 cross over situps. Oh, hit the fly machine where your out to your side and you pull them together out in front of your body, used 40 pounds and did 2 sets of 20 with it. Then taught class doing all kinds of kicks punches plus stretched hard in both classes, FEELS GOOD to be getting back in shape
