Smoked Catfish

I just added a smoked catfish recipe that I've had really good luck with to the "Cooking Crappie" forum in case anyone wants to take a look at it.

I like where your heads at, I'm gonna check it out, I use catfish to make "crabby patties" a lot, just get a good crab cake recipe, boil the catfish filets, chill in fridge then add to recipe, they're delicious

I'll bet they are.

Obviously you're talking about the fish patties, not the smoked fish.
