Has anybody on here ever fished much of Big Pool lake located inside of Fort Fredrick state park or Of little pool just a bit farther west???? If so what was your thoughts on these two bodies of water and any advice your willing to give???? Never fished them but was debating on if it was worth the trip there or not.
i have fished at four locks with a couple buddies about 3 years ago on the potomac caught some bass and some small cats but was our first time there so we was learning a whole new spot not bad but some wakeboarders and such when the weather warmed up

I've done some fishing on that section of river. Mainly been dam 4 to dam 5. The wake boarders and boats that are so big I have no clue how they turn around are real bad there this time of year at four locks. Makes the fishing a pain there.
