Food Safety Question
Heated a fully cooked and frozen package of bar-b-q pulled pork for a sandwich last night, then transfered what was left into a plastic container and left it open to cool a little before putting it into the frig. Problem is, I forgot to put it in the frig and it sat out all night. Is it ruined or still good?

Take it to Tman. It'll give him something else to focus on.
Wannabe...
-
I would toss it. Better safe than sorry
-
toss it. We've taked Crappie filets out of the freezer and forgot to put them in the fridge just before we went to bed. Got up the next morning and they were still on the counter. We chunked them

Pork ain't as bad as chicken, but it'll still give ya the trots. Chunk it or eat it and then blow it. Your choice.

Maj, you must have never had a good old fashioned case of food poisoning. I know this because of the question you asked. If there is ANY question, chunk it in the garbage. YOU DO NOT WANT FOOD POISONING!! It probably is not as bad as what T-man is/has been facing, but you WILL question whether you will live through the night.
Been there done that, and it definately ain't pretty.

Eat it, you need a good case of Green Apple Quick Steps...
-
Put some extra hot sauce on it and chase it with some Makers Mark and you should be fine

Well, let's see... symptoms of pork food poisoning include headache, abdominal pain, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, weakness, blood in your vomit or stool, severe diarrhea, dehydration and temperature over 101.5 F. Naw... I'd go ahead and eat itDoh
