Sucks. My interlink is acting up and I have tried to call them 4 times and spent over 45 min each time and still have not talked to a person!!!!!

Everyone says Mondays are really busy for HB CS. Maybe today, you'll get through in less time.

Hmmm....sounding about like all the reviews I've read about Lowrance in the past.:( I hope you get some answers soon.
You might have picked a bad week to call. They just released a new update and it's missing one of the "features" listed for this update. My guess is a lot of folks are calling and asking where the new waypoint management settings are?
Finally got through after 25 minutes, started calling on Friday lunch hour, waited conservatively 3.5hrs on hold through 5 phone calls. My interlink just keeps dropping out, saying It's disconnected. Sometimes it will work for several hours c correctly, then it just stops for sometimes 5 min or for the rest of the day!!
I guess I'm sending it down for service. $61.25, plus shipping to get it looked at.
