Anyone?

I burned a 3 month old minnkota trolling motor Saturday.Does anyone knew the best way to get warranty work done?

I'd call them direct.

What model gave you trouble?

I hope it isn't the same guy that does the motorguide warranty in memphis.

It's a riptide.I called mk direct they gave me a # to an appliance store in Memphis.The guy i talked to was real hard to talk to.I'm scared if i take it to him how long it will take.

Look on their website for a list of authorized repair centers.

Yep they some real jewels.

MinnKota has 6 repair centers in MS......send it or take it to one of them

I talked to the guy again,he said the guy that works on them is out having triple bypass surgery.He said the guy should be back by the end of the week.
