Grizzly Jig Store
My wife & I took a trip to St. Louis the latter part of last week. On the way home Saturday, we took a detour at Caruthersville to visit Grizzly Jig. The GPS took me right to it and it looked just like the picture in the catalog. My wife was a little skeptical after seeing the store front but we went in and it was everything that I have ever read about. It had everything that a crappie fisherman or any other species could want or need. I didn't make it past the first display and saw the selection of Slater's jigs. Well, my wife asked if I need a basket and I said probably. As I made my way down the isle, I found other jigs that were too good to pass up. To say the least, I re-stocked on jigs. Then i found what I really was wanting to look at - the Ego fish nets. I looked them and found out that Ego has come out with a new one Ego S2 slider. Pretty neat. The handle extends quickly with a inner locking and relase system. I bought one and I can't wait to try it out on the water. I practiced with it on dry land and like it so I can only imagine it on water. The guy at the store was very helpful and nice. Good shopping experience.
