June 30th 1978 I was
so nervous and wandering if I was making the right decision (and Im sure she was too ! ) as later that day in the evening I was to give up my status as a single man. I felt it was what I wanted to do as I had found my soulmate, lifemate and someone that I truly wanted to be with. Well here it is 33yrs later and I am still with that fine young lady and she still is with me :) We have had some real tough times, with the loss of her mother and father and then the loss of our daughter and then my mom (my dad died when I was 18). Through all of this we have remained together and I thank her for that. I must admit in the early years we ran a little wild and such but after the birth of my son (Matthew) we began to settle down and now God is our goal and the leader of our lives. I just wanted to share this with my friends as I feel like a Very Blessed Man :) I may be a WB limit fisherman but I have a great home to return to after a day of catching WB limts :)

Corn-Grats Maachu! Here's to the next 33 years and then some. Behind every good man is an even greater woman. For that reason, I think it should be OK for folks like you and me to marry more than one. We could use the extra help. :)
