Barbecue Chicken Crappie
I eat a lot of crappie so I'm always trying new ways to eat it. I just came up with this recipe a couple hours ago and tried it, it's delicious!
Use as many fillets as you need to fill up the people your going to feed.
Next, take a plate and baste the bottom of it with your favorite barbecue sauce. (I use famous Dave's)
Then place fillet on top of the basted plate.
Now baste the top of the fillets with more barbecue sauce and set in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once done, dip the coated fillets into Louisiana Chicken Fry breading. (Found in the south or north)
Set into deep fryer according to your model or on the stove and cook.
Once fully cooked, use barbecue sauce as dipping sauce.
