Anyone know where to find this color feather/and or hair?

There are several things that will give you that including the marabou he is talking about. You can also use Natural grizzly hackle form hens or roosters. I bet some hens soft hackle would do the same thing.

Don't know, but that 3rd one down at the end sure looks like a feather to me.

The feather in the picture is Natural colored, barred neck hackle. Im setting here holding them right now. Looks like red buck tail, with the barred hackle and a little flash in it.... Im going to tie some up now...
