can u use it to make eyes and other things such as painting heads? is it water proof?

I wouldn't recommend painting the head completely with it. It isn't water proof. If you simply wipe hard enough over it, it will come right off. I would only use for your eyes and gloss over it with hard as nails. Apply with a nail head or drill bit. Powder paint is going to work best for the head entirely. A small jar will last you a long time.

You can use acrylic paint to do jigs but you're going to have to either epoxy coat it, or alot of folks use Devcon 2T but from what I understand it takes while to dry. I still paint some jigs with it and epoxy coat them it just takes a little time to dry.
