That 'Pat' still looks good. Unbelievable when you see one that big in person.

WoW!
Kit thats not Pat. He died awhile back. They have a replica of him hanging by the tank with a plaque that tells his story. I was up there about a month ago asking the guy feeding them about it and thats what he told me. He was feeding them worms and shiners and those dang crappie were eating the worms faster than the shiners. Found that interesting
Saw the Plaque. Didn't see the model.
Too late to change the title.
The big black crappie in there has got to be over 4+.
The big one dwarfs the 1 1/2er in there with it.

A friend of mine used to swear his dad caught more crappie on worms than minnows, said they loved them......?? maybe we are using the wrong bait with our jigs....??
That is a pretty fish.
Could be Monty. Maybe now that you got rid of your minnow tank you could start up a worm farm.Rofl But seriously i think i remember my granddad using worms for crappie also.
Hey Monty, Moswampy's looking to start a worm farm....maybe you and him could pool your resources and REALLY have some worms! I think he's wanting something bigger than those red wigglers though. LLLOOOOLLLL!!!
