Headed to the shoe tomorrow. Has anyone been catching crappie between the rains and wind. The bream ought to be biting, too. Thanks for the information.

Hey ringo i was at the shoe tuesday and me and my cousin got 46 bream and 20 cats in the trees, not a bad day!!!
Me and my wife went today and didn't do very well at all. 2 crappie and 2 catfish. I talked to a few people and they were having similar luck. Tommorow may be better though, last night was cold. Could have turned them off for the day. Tonight will be at least 10 degrees warmer so that will help.
I talked to a guy at the ramp with 16 keepers. He was in the pads. Only differance was he was using minnows and we were using jigs. Hope this helps. Let me know what happens.
Thanks for information. Hopefully, we can get after the crappie.

fishin those pads is tough. any advice to help not getting tangled ( i was not spider riggin)
I am no expert but I can tell you what I tell my wife, "Honey, try and fish up and down as straight as you can". If that makes any sense that is what I'm thinking while fishing them pads.
Can anyone give any advice on fishing the docks?? Prime locations, certain docks, certain depth...anything.... Im felling like a doofus fishing them things.
how 2 fish the pads and not get hung up a weedless jig head
