wonderful day in western md

loaded up the boat today and took off by myself to yough lake to see what i could do all my friends call it the dead sea . well today i came home with 23 crappie nothing less than 9 inches and two nice gills all caught on minnows . some had eggs in them still .
i throwed all back unde the 9 inch mark all told i caught 36 crappie that is the most i have ever caught in a day. and i would have stayed longer but did it ever rain and i had to play music for a prom . just wanted to tell someone noone hear will listen to me lol.

just a couple mike they are pretty well dying off they were up and gone this year all that rain and then the hot weather turned them on bigtime but a fella could still get a bucket or so yet .

I work with some West Va. guys there always talking about ramps and going gensinging.

ive never went after ginseng but boy do i like them ramps on almost everything.
