All I use anymore is tube jigs. I caught a bunch of fish today in the wind. It was terriable and the lake is still muddy after the flash flood. I caught 9 nice crappie ( 11'' to 15.5 '') ,2 bass ,and a bunch of dinks ( small crappie ).
They are on wood in about 4' to 6' of water. This will change with the cold rain forecast this weekend. I feel that if the wind will lay fishing may be good. But if it gets good the boat migration will follow.:( The camp grounds are already getting more campers moving in.
