Fisherman of men or fisherman those of you are saved will know exactly what I am saying obiviously considering the last few days post we have work to do.I thank god for every fisher of men that had an influence on my formative years . That is what it takes we have to stand up state hour beliefs and stand strong the devil will not win if you are wright . I pray for those that are following the devils lead and hope I can touch them in some way that will lead them to a much more productive path if not I really pray. That what I Say and print on this Machine will not not send one of the lost further down the path. Reach out touch the lost. Let me know if you concur or understand the devil will compell those under his influence to strike out negatively do not despair words have no power. The lord savior is all powerfull.

I don't mean to get off note, but this made me think of something we talked about in Sunday school class. The question was, as Christians should we minister to violent sex offenders and Gays. Most of the class felt that the bible tells us we have to. My thoughts are that the violent sex offenders would have been executed for their transgresions in the past. So, I don't feel that I am obligated share a classroom with some sicko just because the courts don't do the jobs that they should be doing. so They should have the customary ministering just before execution.

on that note strip, if i remember right, it was hate the sin not the sinner...

Is there one among us free from sin I do not think so I KNOW I am a sinner all men I meet are sinners some will be at the gate others will have shunned gods grace and will not be allowed admittance hour task is to spread the word of gods grace no more no less we do not have the responsibility of judging come on step up lets spread the word on hour lakes and especially on forums were we paricipate what could we possibly lose we allready enjoy GODS Grace.

Although I know you are correct in what you say, I do not want a child molestor in my neighbor hood or my Sunday school class. That is all I will say on that since I know my thoughts are wrong. However, the Bible says we have to obey the laws of man as well as his own. So in my opinion the child molester should be removed from society therefor eliminating the difficult decision of the church.

With that said, Thank you slab for comming forth with your faith it is good to know who our brothers are.

As for the violent sex offenders, you are right we just lock them up rather than execute them but that is by judgement of man. They hopefully have been fairly punished for violation of our laws. Ministering to those types of people though is an attempt to guide them against a similar judgement from God at some point in the future. I dont always feel we have to forgive them unless the transgression was against us but that doesnt mean that pointing them towards forgiveness from God isnt the right thing to do. That being said, I think we all have an area or areas where we are naturally called to minister and if that isnt an area where you feel called, that is certainly ok. It doesnt make you less of a Christian because imo that isnt possible, you either accept Christ by faith or you dont, pretty simple. But if you accept Christ by faith then we are charged with loving our neighbors as ourselves and it is certainly a loving act to introduce someone to Christ.

If your calling is to minister to criminals, great. If it is the guys at the bait shop, that's great too. We dont get to choose our calling like we dont get to choose our parents.
