My Nephew wound up with my 2 bank charger, and has a dedicated 24 volt system to run the TM and nothing else. The question is ; do we just hook up the charger to each battery as usual, or is there another way it has to be done? Thanks everyone.

If you are talking about an om-board charger then yes, one set of leads to each battery. A regular charger would have to be used one battery at a time.
