liberty reservoir

Anyone fish at liberty reservoir? Is it a good lake for crappie? Some tips please.

I caught tons of crappie there 20-30 yrs ago. Used to catch them at the Western liberty rd. bridge good in spring along with around the 32 bridge some and back at the end of Bollinger mill rd. back the trail , in a boat some too, and at night hanging lanterns of the Nicodemous rd bridge . Tie a rope on a propane lantern and lower it down to just above the water and tie it off to the guard rail, some nights the crappie would be all up under the light where you could see them some nights deeper.
