Rancher, got one of my guys checking, get back to you shortly, BEAGLE BE NICE!!!:)
Rancher, you have a pm.
Rancher I know Jackb and his boys can take care of you. But if it was me and my money and wanting to spend it close to home there is only one choice. Bill Grant Ford in Bolivar. Go in and talk with Kelly Grant and just order you a pickup period. One thing I like about doing business with Grant's their service department is really good. Mark and the boys seem to go out of the way to take care of their customers. Also Bob Hailey in the parts department is the best of any Ford parts guy I know. I cut a lower radiator hose a few years back in downtown Springfield on a Friday evening about 4 pm. I called so called Friendly Ford because they were closer to me. They said that they were out of stock and it would be Tuesday before they could even think about getting me one. I called Bob and he said DW don't have one in stock but I understand your in trouble and need the pickup give me you phone number and I will find you one. Bob calls Oreilly Auto Parts and finds one in their warehouse, then he contacts a store not far from me and sets it up for them to go to the warehouse and pickup the hose and deliver it on site to me! Then he calls me back and tells me to call the store and give them my credit card number and the hose will be to me in 30 minutes!
I have purchased for myself 3 new pickups from them and I have purchased 1 or 2 new pickups for my dad from them. Plus my wife has purchased a used Explorier from them. And I purchased a used car for my father in law for one of his daughters.
Due to my dad I can get new pickups on the A plan cheaper than most people from any dealership. But it is the service after the sale that keeps me coming back to Bolivar.
The last pickup I purchased new in 2004 I am still driving today. I went in and talked with Kelly Grant and told him I wanted to see the truck in a couple of different colors before I ordered it. Kelly did a locate for me and I drove about 300 miles looking at different truck colors. Found what I wanted then came back to Bolivar and placed the order.
Wife and I both have all our service work done at the dealership. I can trust the guys to work on my wifes unit and not just sell her stuff that she don't need. Mike who changes my oil always double checks my tires and even has marked nails in them and told me about them. Mike knows that I have all my tire work done at one shop in Springfield.
And Bubba in the body shop can just about fix anything I can tear up!
One thing about it there is no beating around the bush about the pricing, Kelly lays it on the line in black and white and he is a man of his word. Oh yeah you might save a few dollars here or there but they will get you in the end. All dealers pay the same price its the service during and after the sale that is what I look at.
thanks dmw1960 was going to let them price me one too.i know kelly and shane rainey just like to price around..
