Fishing near big bear resort

Hello,

Based on some board member's reccomendations, we will be down at Big Bear Cabins Thur, Fri, and Sat. I understand fishing has been tough. Are there any good spots near our resort? I am not a good crappie fishermen, and have never been on KY lake so would like to keep it simple and stay close.

What depth should we be looking for? I appreciate all the help you can offer (I need it)

The coves all around that area are pretty decent. There are stake beds at the ends of coves and they may well be up by shore by docks and laydowns by then also. Good luck and leave some for us next week!!!
