It was murderers row for us to get to the final four to begin with. Thanks selection committee:confused: West Virgina, Ohio State, North Carolina then UConn. Who else could have made it through all of them to make it to a championship game. Hate to see the season end, but I'm also proud of them!

But when you go 4 for 12 from the line and your guard goes 5 for 22???? and only lose by one, go figure!!!

Great season with a sorry ending. How in the world do you get away from everything that got you to the Final 4 and revert back to where your offense was at the beginning of the season? Point guard out of control the whole game. Big man not even allowed to get into his game. 4-12 on free throws. Pitiful!
Not a bad yr when you consider we started from scratch. Lost 5 to the NBA last year & ended up with a 10 man roster, made up of 1 Sr., 3 Jr., 1 Soph., & 5 freshmen. Hands Clapping
The bright side is they got a taste of it. I will be real suprized if we lose any this year & with what we got come'n... Look out! They won't be line'n up to get a piece of UK next year! :D
Now Pappy you know better, now every 5000 times a week i check reports I get reminded of how banner # 8 was dangling like a carrot for the taking.Doh Now I just want Butler to bring it home, two years in a row in final champoinship game...wow... honestly, we had a great season and overachieved throughout the latter part of the year. Amazing the small plays in one BIG GAME that make the difference like....oh wait...here i go....mini-brain overload.... later fellas:mad:
