All depends on the wind direction.
Like Satdoc said, if it's coming due west or due east then you may want to pass if you have a small boat. North or South it's not so bad if you have pleanty of DD's windsocks or Drift socks as most of us call them. The bite right now is worth it if your careful and prepared for the conditions.
