I've always bass fished, but want to eat more of my catch and calm down on the water. All I've got are a Cadillac Combo with the reel in the butt, but I'd like to get something that's got guides and maybe a little reel to go with it. As close as I can get to a baitcaster flipping setup bass guys use would be awesome. Anyone got any suggestions?
I like the BnM Bursh Cutter 11' and the Crappie Pole 11". They used to call it a crappie stick but changed the name. I put a cheap BnM plactis reel on it because if you jig all day single pole the lighter the better and I dont fish in water over 15' very much. I use the same reel when I spider rig.

get a hold of midsouthman on these board and he can hook you up with a ozark rod from tony edgar best pole on the market in my book.
The BnM Sam's Super Sensitive is hard to beat. Great pole
I like Outlaw Rods 10' with a cork handle, they are light but good backbone They got them a grizzlyjig.com and you can buy tips. I got a Wally Marshall Signature Series 10' w/cork I would sell if interested... I little to heavy of a action for me but a good pole.

I use the B & N Sam's Supersensitive 12' also and it's the most sensitive jig pole I've ever fished with. Also use a B & M Buck's Best Ultra-Lite 12', a good pole, but I like the Sam's Supersensitive better.
