You mean liquid paints? Vinyl or lacquer. Powder is much better for most things IMO.

For jig heads, Powder paint is the best I have used...
As far as brands pro tec does seem to make the best one for the tackle industry,but I enjoy mixing my own combo's and really dont see that much difference between the other brands.Those who use a fluid bed will differ....
I actually like the Testors paint for hand painting. And they do have Flourscent colors just use a white undercoat. I still paint some like this and use the two part epoxy mix from Janns Netcraft to seal them.

I like to spray my heads but have used powders and they work fine. I just like to spray paint. Maybe I was a tagger in a future life. I have tried most and like the Valspar Paints sold at Lowes. Guess that this old geezer is set in his ways.
