first jigs

this is my first jigs these little devils are hard to get good pics of.

Look like fish catchers to me. I have tried my hand at tying and I can do alright, but I just don't have the patients so I buy mine from guys that are better than me and love to do it.

They look good Dallas. Try using the tips of the hair instead of trimming for a different look. As your cut the hair from the skin, pull the longest ones first and lay them down, then do that again and again until you have a nice bundle of hair with the ends arranged about the same, then cut the thicker end.

It will present the jig with more "flow", also try it thinner in the middle with the flash. Honestly, I like the cut stand-out hair, it really pumps up the "buggy" effect. Looks like a good wrap to me also. But nothings better than the satisfaction when catching with them. Good job.
