SI and DI in muddy water?

Hello folks, I was talking with someone and he said that he has been told that SI and DI wont work in muddy water, like that of the Mississippi around the Quad cities, Iowa area.

I told him that was hard to believe, but I thought I would ask the experts here.

I don't know how muddy you are talking about, but I have not noticed any difference between clear water where I can see a fighting fish at 6 or 8 ft and muddy water where I can't see the fish any deeper than 1 ft. My HB 898 draws just as clearly in both.

Yep thats what I am talking about. I didnt think this guy knows what he was talking about, even thou I know him well.

I guess I will still be getting my HB's come this sping
