Get the 32G. I have the 16G and it is slow. I'm waiting for the 5G to come out in the summer.

How much music or video do you download? 16g can hold approximately 4000 songs.
GO BIG!!!!! I have the 32G so cant speak for the 16G but I have tons of crap on mine and have like 20G left.

I have the 16 no complaints here other than the fact that AT&T stinks as a company. I would drop them this minute if I could but unfortunately they are the only provider that has any service here on the golf course

I have a 3GS 32. As long as you are comparing the same phone base model, there is no difference in processor speed between a 16 or a 32. It is only memory capacity. The difference for example between a 3, a 3G, a 3GS, and a 4 will determine processor speed. Memory capacity options are available on any of the generations.
