if you were constantly stirring your plastic you will get them. Do not use any type of wood to stir with try not to stir is often and if you pour big batches. I suggest that you get a Prestel pot with a stir molder it keeps the plastic stir perfect you do not get any bubbles. But if you are only pouring of couple molds at a time I would stick to your Pyrex in the microwave just cut down on those stirring if you can.
I get bubbles no matter what I do lol
I stir slow but you will get a few bubbles. It you keep a few seconds of constant pressure on your ejector when your mold is full it will help. Remember to alway squirt a little plastic back into you cup. That helps release and air trap in your enjector
I had a problem with air bubbles or hollow baits and what I did to correct it was made vent lines in my mold. I took a utility knife and without any presuure made two marks from the end of each cavity to the edge of the mold. This makes grooves just deep enough to allow air to escape from each cavity. Only make theese grooves on one half of your mold and do not put pressure on the knife. This made my jigs shoot my better.
