Caught 22 keepers today trolling near Holiday. There were about 8 boats working the area. I caught most of the fish trolling in water 12 to 25 feet deep. Most of the fish were at 10 feet.

Caught 22 keepers today trolling near Holiday. There were about 8 boats working the area. I caught most of the fish trolling in water 12 to 25 feet deep. Most of the fish were at 10 feet.
I talked to 4-5 people in the last week and every one of them were catching fish at 10 ft. We need a little more cool weather to really get them shallow and turn to the fall pattern. These people I talked to were fishing in 3 lakes other than Sardis. I also saw the MidSouth Outdoor Show Saturday night and they were fishing minnows in about 10 ft of water.
