go find a mold and stick the hooks in it . Apparently you have the molds but you don't want to buy the hooks in less they fit may be one of the guys have a few to send you or you can send to crazy angler. Maybe he would be kind enough to send you some samples.
yeah got someone wanting some and were wanting to make sure everything works before we both commit to it. Its just heavier size hook
You'll likely have to modify the eye but that's about it. I've used them on my Ultra Minnow mold in the same sizes as the aberdeens and they work. Take a dremel or something and open it up a touch and it'l work fine.
thanks smooth
No problem. If it's barbed make sure to hold it to the side slightly so your barb will fill all the way.
there ball heads...and thanks for the hint on the barbs also

You can either try and squeeze the hell out of the mold to close it and pour a bunch if you're lucky but the 635 hook is the heavy duty wire hooks. Your most likely gonna have to mod the mold for a bigger slot for the shank as they are the heavy duty wire. Only problem you'll have is if you mod your mold and then try to pour regular aberdeen jig hooks, you're gonna have some hot lead coming out of the bottom of the mold due to the extra space, unless you used JB weld to fill it back in.
If the guy is gonna continually order from you you might want to buy the mold that use's just the 635 hooks but I wouldn't want to get stuck for a mold if he doesn't.
