Fished Chotard today. Man oh man this lake is something else. Had a limit of 50 by 11:00. Probably released 25 more. It wasn't necessary to even start the big motor, only to launch and load. Fish in 18-24 feet of water about 15 feet deep. Chotard is a great place to fish and a nice place to stay. No pics, but the bait house lady took a few. Good luck to you guys fishing Barnett.

If they're biting at Chotard, it's one of the best lakes I've ever fished on for sho nuff Slabs

I can't understand why they don't have a restaurant. Just burgers and sandwiches would be fine. They would make a killing.
