I was out at Kaw duck hunting this past weekend and there were lots of fishing boats hitting the lake. They guys at the ramp said the crappie were biting pretty good. I saw boats fishing the riprap on a couple of bridges. The guys also said the catfish were on.

As a matter of fact, we did! My brother, a friend from Tampa, and myself set out on a 4 day hunting spree last Thursday and by sunday we had covered half the state and shot 130 birds. We mainly hunted ducks but we did shoot some quail one day.
As you can see, we cut 'em!
Fantastic pictures! My buddies have been cut'em pretty good on the Arkansas river around Muskogee.

Man, I haven't even been duck hunting this year yet. This really makes me want to get out there.
