Good, I'm on my New Year's revolution diet and that sounds like it will work.

Same here bud and we're always looking for a new way to cook fish. This turned out REAL GOOD

The only problem, you call for large crappie filets. Remember, I fish with Steve. LOL

It was DEEELISH!!! Definately will be fixing that again!! I am eating leftovers for lunch!!
