OK, Guys .... If you don't mind my butting in ...
I have a question (suggestion :confused: ) :
Seems most everyone is making a "tiny shad" type of plastic bait. And that's all well & good, & it's definitely a good style ... and a proven fish producer. BUT .... why wouldn't a bait that had the same body configuration, but with an actual "fantail" shaped tail, rather than the everpresent "rat tail" shaped tail, be a good style option :confused:
I think it would give the bait a more realistic look, as well as a broader profile (viewed from the side). It could even have a short connecting "rat tail" section, between the body & fantail, if springy action to the tail would be a concern.
Now, I'm no plastics molder ... so I'm not sure of any potential problems with this body shape/configuration ... so forgive me if I'm suggesting an impossible task. :o
I'm just curious to know your thoughts on this.
