1 year tobacco free
Well as of this morning it has officially been one year since I had any chewing tobacco. After nearly 33 years of chewing that stuff I have made it one full year without. Probably the toughest thing I have ever tried to do and so far so good.
I think I will pat myself on the back for this one. PAT! PAT!

I quit smoking about 10 years ago and I'm sure glad I did. I've been trying to get my wife to quit, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen.

happy for both of you ......sometimes it's OK to "toot your own horn".....

Congratulations on hitting a great milestone!

Congrats.:) I'd be tooting my own horn if I could quit the cigs for a year too.;):)

Trying to do the same thing myself. I quite chewing about 3 weeks ago and trying not to think about it, as a result I don’t remember the exact last day I chewed so I won’t know my 1 year anniversary. I know it tough so great job keep up the good work. I wannbe just like you!

It's been a little over 9 years for me, and it was the hardest thing I've ever done. I had it double bad I smoked and dipped.

Quiet smoking 37 years that was easy don't miss it at all but its been about 25 years from dipping & i still miss it. Hang in there it will get better. Jim C.
