I went fishing yesterday and this old geezer was just pulling fish after fish out of the water. I asked him what he was coating his plastic baits with because I saw him always taking out a tube and squirting some stuff on the bait and rubbing it in with his hand.
He said that it had shark liver oil in it and it just works. He learned it in the hills of Tennessee. Has anyone else ever heard of this tactic? I have heard of cod liver oil and anise but never preparation H.

there are lots of "sayins" in Tennessee, but not all of 'em are sayin' the truth.
well ship you will have to go catch a shark and render the oil out of it and send me a bottle.
You only use Preperation H when the crappie are being a pain in the arse.:D:D:D
No wonder he was catchin' them one after another Ship...once they bite, their mouth draws up so fast they could not spit it back out....thus a hookup...lol..
