Lake Houston (Luce bayou)
Just wanted to up date fishing on Luce bayou for December . Fished one day a week for the passed four weeks . Limeted out on three of the trips with the last trip only 20 :D Caught two nice fish, one was 14 1/2" the other was 13 3/4" . Most fish caught virtical jiging . Using 1/8 oz red jig head and chart. glitter southern pro tripple tip grub. in about 8' of water . Water temp has been from 62 to 56 in bayou. Water level has been low most of December. Still getting alot of throw backs 9 1/2 " Most fish kept on avrage 11" to 12" . Guess I will fave to wait till next year to try again :rolleyes: Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and will have a Happy New Year :D
