Turkey Wings

I've been grillin chicken wings for years and have had it down to an art for years now. But today at the grocery store, I felt like someone was staring at me as I walked through the poultry section. I turned around to find out, it was a pair of turkey wings.

I've never ever, ever, ever grilled turkey wings. So I made up some ultra secret sauce and injected them and dusted them down. Should be coming off the grill in another hour and a half. This should be interesting.

It's not a diet coke, but I threw in the coors can to show you that my wings are bigger than most Barnet keeper crappie:D

They're pretty good. They cooked about 2.5 hours and are tender enough, but would definately be better on a smoker. Nothing can beat some good ole chicken wings though.

Here's a pic of my Briskets about 8 last night. I pulled them, wrapped then in foil and a huge beach towel at 6:15 this morning and chunked them off in a warm cooler
