Not really sure about this weekend just looking for some advice. My son is turning 5 and I'm having a fish fry sunday but the high is only going to be 20 degrees. Using a propane cooker outside just wandering if anyone thinks I'm going to run into trouble with my oil temp due to the temps outside. Never had a fish fry in the winter don't want to ruin a bunch of fish and the weekend. Take any advice from the pros. thank you
