Deer Pic

I killed this deer last saturday. I was just about to climb down when he and 2 smaller bucks came out. I've been getting pics of several good deer, i may post some cam pics later.

Thanks all. He definitely got the ole heart pumpin. I have pics of two more bucks that are quite a bit bigger than this one. Of course they arent coming out until after midnight. But in a couple weeks he will be eyeing the girls so maybe I'll see him then.

Ha nope the tails mine! It and some saddles will be taking a red bath here pretty soon. Running low on red and I'll be needing some for the bleeding shad.

greeeeeeeeeeeedy. AND red ain't no good no how. if u'dn said blue or orange, I'd've let it pass!

While I'm pickin', gimme a run down on how you prep/tan your tails...when you get some time. I've been just using salt and it seems to make the hide portion brittle and break apart. Bought some Borax this eve but still not sure how it'll work.
