Crappie H'orderves

Has anyone tried to make a H'orderve from crappie? If so what was it.

I had a buddy of mine who used to boil crappie fillets, cut them in strips, chill them on ice, and serve them with cocktail sauce for dipping... pretty tasty.

I've smoked some fillets and mixed them with Mayo and dill pickles and celery. Like you would tuna fish and serve on crackers.

If you like anything that has crab meat in it. Boil you some crappie filets in Crab boil, then chill in the fridge for a couple hours and use it like you would crab meat. Crappie like that makes a great hot crappie dip
