terrova questions asap
The mount that comes with the terrova I am being told that if uwant to pull it into the boat there is not the traditional pull string and u have to stoop clear over to the bow and grab the head of it to pull it in
Also I am hearing that with the new foot control there is a little robot type animationoise to move side to side. Surely that noise does not radiate into the water through the trolling motor
ok u guys testing this thing let's hear from u please as depending on what I hear whether I buy one tomorrow

I tied a 2ft.rope with a loop to pull the motor up--you still have to bend way over to release the latch--Never give it any thought about the noise

It seems outragious that u would have to tie a rope on a$ 1200 trolling
.g motor to lift it in the boat. Christ what was those peoples thinking I know what im thinking and its not good. Have u ruled out the noise travelingdown the trolling motor to the wTer?

you do not have to tie a rope to the terrova, they come up easy, no problems, as I stated in my other post, raise it with the motor or just reach forward and pull it back, it is not a big deal, glad your getting one I think you will be happy, just give it a couple days, good fishing

Crappiegirl when you get yours installed slide the choke collar down on the shaft six inches or so and it will give you some leverage to pull the head unit back to you making it easier to pull in.

No problems pulling the moter up. Never have hooked the foot control up since I got my i-pilot.
