I have been using powder paint for years but never cured it in the oven. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to keep them seperated in the oven or is it ok to just lay them on a foil covered cookie sheet?

Check back tomorrow and I will have a picture of the PERFECT way. My camera batteries are low.
You will have to hang them on the rack in the oven or someother rack system. If you lay them down on something thats where there going to stay when your finished.
I made a hanging rack for my toaster oven. Then I used small bb split shot on the wires for spacers to keep the jigs from touching each other. Cure at 325 degrees for about 25 minutes then remove from oven
Thanks for the info Tim, I have been busting the crapppie on the jigs that I bought from you last week. The gray minow with the rubber legs and red head and body with white feather tail are producing havent broke out the solid white jigs yet.
Look thru some of the old postings and you will find several different ways guys have made "Hangers" or "Racks" for bakeing UR jigs

One thing for sure is powder paint not cured in the oven will crack and chip every time. Cured it will last and hold up a lot better.
No you can not just lay them on foil or you will have a head stuck to the foil and a huge flat spot on it.
Hang them on a wire rack of some kind, I use the one that came in the toaster oven most of the time. If I have just too many for that I use the regular oven and some of the gutter metal screens that hold the leaves out of a gutter, or try to anyway. You have to bend it a bit to make hold still and cut the length, but 3 of these pieces lets you cure a good many each time. I think I use 2 and which I had cut them the other direction for the cooking sheet I put that one, but still can do about 120 at a time. You do have to use different temps for a few colors like Pearl which is done at 325 for 15 minutes and the others mostly are close to 400 at about 392-395 for they say less than 15 minutes, but I still use 15 minutes and that is after the lead has heated up and that is why I mostly set the oven timer at 16 min.

Got my carmea charged. I use 2 pieces of flat metal with holes in it for the ends. You can find it in the decking section. 2 - 12" pieces of 1/4" threaded rod. 4 nuts and 2 wing nuts. and finally a pound of washers to fit the rod. I use 4 washers between each jig and it will hold 39 on each side. When done loading I tighten the wing nuts and turn it upside down. If I have used to much powder paint it will flow down the hook, instead of giving you a mis-shaped head. I cook at 350 for 20 min.
