Did you ever find out how much more accurate 17 satellites was compared to 12? I ain't forgot that you said you would find out and let us knows. We still a waiting on a response.
What's the significant difference between within 2.5 meters and < 3 meters? These two accuracy measurement numbers appear everywhere.

I haven’t forgotten either. I’ve just been too tied up with training classes and all to follow up with the Engineer here about it. He sent me a link to the August GPS Performance Report but so far I have not had the time to get back to him on it yet:

Not sure that it has the information that we are looking for as he said that almost no one would be in a location that would only be able to track 4 or 6 satellites (whichever it was that I asked him). Remind me to follow up on this next week Cane Pole as I gotta run to a seminar now…
CP can you explain all the scientific stuff for us common folk? It looks to me like the answer is -- don't matter, your covered.
