Talquin Wed thru sat...

It seemed that HOOKER and I had the lake to ourselves for a few days. We just fished and lied to each other which was hard to do since we were the only ones fishing. Pat still has some cabins left for THE MEETING AT THE LUMBER YARD WEEKEND just letting you know.....Fish are still scattered, here today gone tomorrow. Most fish came from 12 to 18 FOW and are still in that 9 to 11 inch range but a limit of 11 to 12 in. fish is possible if you hunt and peck. Bubblegum and Electric Chicken worked the best for me. Weather has been great and plan on returning next Wed. hopefully Hooker will have them bunched up for easy pickens.......

Sounds great. We will be down on the 1st. Looking forward to spending a couple weeks there and checking the camper out. We just moved it in across from hooker this summer. Really miss that place. We have been catching some really good fall crappie up here in indiana, but they just don't compare to talquin fish. We go to ala for the classic for a week next sun. And then we are headed to the lumberyard. Se you all then.
