Good to hear from you again, Rick. I am not too sure about any Slabfests that are planned or if anyone has stepped up to take on the responsibility of planning any, but we are planning a get together at Lake Talquin on November 6...No competition or rules...Just a day of fishing and getting together that evening for a fish fry. About 16-18 people have said they would be there and another 10-12 have said they might be there. It really doesn't matter if we have 10 people or 50 people, we plan on having a great time. Hope you can make it down there.
Thanks Tony for the invite, but it seems work takes priority for that date. Looking forward to seeing everyone real soon.

Talquin's a bit far for me next month. Maybe by Jan I'll have the itch to get away from the cold weather up north. Sure would like to see the GA boys have a nice friendly get together in the spring.
